How can we help you?
We want to provide support for as many worthy causes as we can. If you know of one that needs our attention, we want to hear about it! We provide grants for various projects and programs on a yearly basis.
It must be a capital project or program for a charity or organization. We do not grant funds for operating expenses or to individuals. The project or program must take place within the Region of Niagara and for the benefit of our local Niagara community.
The submission deadline for grant requests is at 5:00pm on October 1st of each year.
The Board of Directors will review all grant requests in October and November, and approvals will be finalized at the end of the November board meeting to be funded out in December of each year.

RECIPROCAL SUPPORT OF THE WISE GUYS CHARITY FUND
Wise Guys Charity Fund is always looking for ways to promote its mission, and its community support (Grants), and it is our hope that Grant recipient organizations can assist in this promotion. However, Grant approvals are not impacted, in any way, by whether Grant recipients are able to promote the Wise Guys Charity Fund.
If your organization has the ways/means to assist the Wise Guys Charity Fund in this manner, please provide details
Examples of support may include:
- Newsletters and/or e-newsletters to supporters of your organization
- Signage/logo inclusion on premises or at events
- Naming opportunities
